Updated EFM32PG22, EFM32PG23, EFM32PG26 and EFM32PG28 CMSIS files to version 2025.6.0 - existing projects may need to add $(TargetsDir)/EFM32PG/Include to the Code > Preprocessor > User Include Directories project property and/or reselect the Code > Build > Section Placement project property in order to build without errors.
