Updated Pico SDK to version 2.2.0 - existing projects may need to add $(PackagesDir)/libraries/pico-sdk/src/rp2_common/pico_platform_common/include to the Code > Preprocessor > User Include Directories project property in order to build without errors.

RAM placement now includes minimal .embedded_block section.

Fixed the Debug > Debugger > Start From Entry Point Symbol project property not being set to Yes when using a RAM section placement.
