CTL_NET_IPv4_ADDR_t ctl_ntp_server_addr(void);
ctl_ntp_server_addr returns the IPv4 address of the NTP server. If no NTP server is has been configured using ctl_ntp_init, ctl_ntp_server_addr returns an all-zero IP address.
